This week is a Reverse Pyramid! The reps get lower – so you think it would get easier … But does it??!!
This is a full body workout – all we need is a few dumbbells …
5 moves. Start at 10 reps each … then go to 9 reps … to 8 reps … and so on all the way down to 1 rep.
The moves are:
- Jumping Jacks
- Upright rows
- Renegade Rows
- Wide Curls
- Burpees
