The shoulder joint is one of the most delicate joints in the body – and we use it for pretty much every upper body movement. Any time we pull to open a door, lift a suitcase, groceries or our child, reach overhead … and so much more … we’re using our shoulders.
Not only does having strong shoulders aesthetically look amazing – but they’re also super important for posture, and having a stable, sturdy body structure.
Shoulder injuries are SUPER common! That’s why I highly recommend adding in shoulder work with my clients. It’s key to helping you move freely, efficiently & injury-free.
