Program Description:
The PRIME Shift workout program is a 4-week strength and stability experience designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build real-life functional fitness through intentional, guided workouts.
Built around the power of unilateral training, PRIME Shift focuses on strengthening one side of the body at a time to improve balance, coordination, posture, core engagement, and body awareness. Instead of rushing through workouts, this program emphasizes control, stability, and movement quality so you can build confidence in the way your body moves every day.
Inside the program, you’ll follow a structured weekly schedule featuring:
- Lower body strength and stability
- Upper body strength and posture work
- Core control and balance training
- Mobility and recovery sessions
- Full-body strength and conditioning workouts
Each workout is fully guided by Ro, Z Physique’s Online Fitness Specialist, making it easy to press play and follow along from home. Modifications and intensifications are provided throughout the workouts, allowing you to meet yourself where you are while continuing to progress week after week.

Minimal equipment is needed — just a few dumbbells and a small workout space.

Meet Coach Ro, PTS FIS Our Online Fitness Specialist
Your workouts are led on screen by Ro, an experienced fitness trainer and online fitness specialist known for creating clear, supportive, easy-to-follow workout experiences.
Throughout each workout, Ro will guide you through the movements, offer encouragement, and help you stay focused on form, control, and consistency.
We’re super thrilled to have Ro back with us for this program - bringing her high energy, fun, and coaching to PRIME SHIFT.
