BODYWEIGHT BURNER! A total body 5 minute HIIT session.
5 moves … perform each for 20 seconds of work to 10 seconds of rest … repeat twice for a total of 5 minutes. The moves are:
- Sumo squat, squat jump
- Push ups
- Lunges
- Triceps dips
- Plank
