We’re building strength, muscle tone and enhancing functional activity through this arms workout. But more importantly … building strong arms = strong HUGS🤗
There are 2 triple set burnouts in this week’s workout. 1 for the biceps, and 1 for the triceps. 3 moves in each – blast out 10 reps – and repeat 3 times.
