Program Description:
Welcome to BOOTY! It's more than just for looks. There are so many benefits to building stronger glutes. Over the next 6 weeks, we're going to be working to build strength & better posture ... alleviate general back & knee pain ... and also reduce your risk of injuries ... just to name a few benefits that are coming your way! Yes - we're focusing on our glutes through these workouts - but we're not neglecting the rest of your body. This is a total body program - we're just zoning in mostly on the booty. Upper, lower, core - we're doing it all!
We are thrilled to have our Online Fitness Specialist, Ro, leading us through these booty burning 6 weeks. As always - she's ready to bring it - so we hope you're ready for her crazy infectious energy!
