Here’s what’s coming in this week’s workout:
Superset 1:

Superset 2:
- Hammer Curls 🔨: Work those forearms and biceps with this killer move.
- Single Arm Crushers 🚀: Focus on each tricep for balanced strength.
Superset 3:
- Wide Curls 🌟: Hit those biceps from a different angle.
- Triceps Dips 🏆: Finish strong with a move that burns!
Rock out 10 reps of each exercise in the superset, then repeat the entire superset 3 times for the ultimate arm pump. You will feel the burn and see the results!
