This is an EPIC core-focused, total body workout. We’re up, we’re down, we’re lifting, we’re hitting. We’re getting it all done!
There are 4 moves in this workout:
- Walking crunches
- Dumbbell drivers
- Curtsey Crunch (complete a set on R then L)
- Beast to Plank
Rock out 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest of rest for each move.
Repeat the circuit 3 times.
Note: We’re circuiting lifting with hiit in this session – so dumbbells are needed.
