What is a Stretch & Strength Workout?
Imagine a workout that combines strength, flexibility, and core stability into one efficient session. Our Stretch & Strength workout features:
- Pulsing Lunges (Right & Left): Enhance leg strength and endurance while maintaining a steady rhythm.
- Downward Dog: Stretch and strengthen your upper body and core.
- Plank: Build core stability and overall strength.
This workout follows the Tabata format – 20 seconds of activity followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 4 times. It’s quick, effective, and perfect for an end-of-week routine!
