Stay low, step wide, and keep tension on the band. Think: athletic stance, proud chest, steady pace.
🔹 Glute Bridge
Press through your heels, lift your hips, and squeeze at the top. Pause briefly before lowering.
🔹 Supported Single-Leg Deadlift (Right)
Use a surface for support. Keep your right foot grounded while hinging your hips and extending your left leg back.

Same move, opposite side. Maintain a flat back and strong core to stay balanced.
